Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with hiring managers to craft effective job advertisements for available roles.
- Promote job openings across various platforms including company career pages, job boards, and social networks like LinkedIn.
- Proactively source candidates using online channels such as professional networks and portfolio sites, while exploring new methods to attract talent.
- Conduct resume and application screenings, keeping candidates informed about the status of the hiring process.
- Engage in interviewing candidates at different stages, including phone screenings, first-round, and second-round interviews.
- Provide regular updates to the HR Manager regarding the status of open positions and maintain candidate data as required.
- Assess candidates based on their performance in interviews and assignments.
- Possess a keen ability to attract, assess, and recruit outstanding candidates.
- Regularly update job descriptions, incorporating new tasks or modifying requirements as needed.
- Respond to candidates’ inquiries about the application process.
- Offer constructive interview feedback when necessary and appropriate.
- Leverage industry contacts, association memberships, past candidates, and current employees for networking.
- Actively participate in job fairs to enhance the company’s image and attract potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a role such as Internal Recruiter, Recruiter, or a comparable position.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the entire recruitment cycle.
- Proficiency in conducting various types of interviews, including phone, Zoom, structured, and group interviews.
- Well-versed in using Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases, with a preference for experience in Greenhouse.
- Strong experience in direct sourcing and cold calling.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, alongside notable organizational and talent assessment skills.
