CIO Worthy has extensive senior leadership experience working in California\u2019s local health landscape. She combines technical and business expertise to manage complex technology disciplines, risk management and process improvement. Her specialties include systems, networking, telephony, helpdesk (i.e., employee customer service), enterprise configuration, information security, disaster recovery (DR), and technical architecture.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;\"><p>Previously, at Kern Health Systems in Bakersfield, California, Worthy served as senior director of information technology. On behalf of Kern, she was a lead collaborator with providers for development of a local health information exchange (HIE).
